Privacy policy
This is the short version of how SUBDossier treats the stuff you put in the app. I built this as a personal workspace for keeping research notes tidy — not as a social product, and not as something that needs to “know” who you are.
What the app stores
When you use SUBDossier you may add project names, tickers, written notes, checklists, scores, links you type in, photos you attach, flags, and short verdicts. That content stays on your device. I don’t run an account system for this app, so there’s no login profile sitting on a server with your notes.
Camera and photo library
If you allow camera or photo access, it’s only so you can attach images to a dossier (screenshots of docs, charts, that kind of thing). Those images are saved with your other research files on the device. The app doesn’t scan your whole library in the background.
What I don’t collect
- No sign-up email or password from inside the app
- No analytics pack that tracks how you tap around
- No ad ID / marketing profile built from your notes
- I don’t sell your research content
Sharing
If you use the export / share action, you’re the one choosing where the brief goes (Mail, Files, Messages, whatever you pick on your phone). That’s you sending a file you asked for — not the app quietly shipping notes somewhere else.
Kids
SUBDossier is meant for adults organizing work notes. It isn’t aimed at children.
Changes
If this page changes in a meaningful way I’ll bump the date at the top. The practical rule won’t change much: your notes are yours, kept on your phone.
